May Fes. Awards

Overview of May Fes. Awards

  • "May Fes. Awards" is a Committee project in which the most popular projects will be selected based on the comprehensive judgements of visitors’ votes and ratings.
  • Only projects that have requested to participate in the May Fes. Awards in “[20]Registration of Project Information for PR” are subject to the selection.

Categories

  • We sort projects into 5 categories: Performance, Academic, Experience, Outdoor Stalls, and Exhibition. Sorting is based on the information registered in “[20]Registration of Project Information for PR”.
    • 2025 Enrolled Class projects are also categorized into Freshman Category.
  • The category into which each project is sorted can be found in “Confirmation of Request Results”.
    • An organization cannot be awarded in more than two categories, even if the organization runs multiple projects.
    • If a group ranks in multiple categories, it will be awarded in the category where it ranked the highest.
    • For example, if two exhibited projects win first place in the Academic Category and third place in the Experience Category respectively, only the Academic Category will be awarded.

High Ranked Projects

  • Projects that win 1st to 3rd in overall projects will be honored at the Finale stage on the Central Stage on May 25th (Sun.) (Day 2) from 5:25 PM. Luxury prizes will be awarded after the May Festival.
  • Projects that win 1st to 3rd place in each category will also receive prizes after the May Festival.
