Projects that conducted donation activities
- Projects that conducted donation activities must provide proof that the donation was made after the festival.
- As proof, please submit a scanned PDF of the bank transfer receipt by June 9th (Mon.) 9:00 PM.
- Please upload the PDF to a folder on Google Drive, set the sharing permissions to allow access via either [UTokyo ECCS Cloud Email Account] or [Anyone with the link], and submit the link to the Committee via Inquiry.
- If you are unable to meet the deadline, please contact us via Inquiry.
- The Project Guarantee Deposit will not be refunded until the submission is confirmed.
- If you do not submit by the deadline, your project may be subject to Punishments.
The 4th Information Session
- It has been decided that the 4th Information Session, which had previously been announced, will not be held.
- “Almighty vol. 4 in English” will be publicized on the home screen of the Web System around mid June.
- Once publicized, we will inform you via Inquiry.
- It will include reports regarding the May Festival, a survey on project participation, and information about voting for the selection of the 99th May Festival Standing Committee members.
Survey for Projects
- To help improve the operation of the May Festival in future years, we will conduct a survey for projects regarding this year’s May Festival at around mid June.
- We will inform you of the details via Inquiry.
- The content is yet to be decided, but we are planning to include questions such as the following:
- Level of satisfaction and feedback regarding our support during the preparation period
- Level of satisfaction and feedback regarding your allocated project place and time.
- Level of satisfaction and feedback regarding handouts
- Level of satisfaction and feedback regarding the Web System
- Level of satisfaction and feedback regarding our support during the days of the festival
- Level of satisfaction and feedback regarding our support in English
- Please gather feedback from your project members in advance, so that their opinions can be reflected in the responses.
Refund
- We will refund to the bank account registered in "Registration of Bank Account” by around late July.
- Please note that the schedule of the refund is tentative and is subject to change.
- If your project has not caused any problems, the Project Guarantee Deposit will be fully refunded.
- The Project Guarantee Deposit will not be refunded until you complete all the duties, such as undergoing Punishments or compensation for the damage of facilities or equipment.
- Any additional payment for the Stall Decoration Set and vinyl covers will also be refunded along with the Project Guarantee Deposit.
- Due to any of the following reasons, if the required payment amount increases after payment has been made, the additional amount will be deducted from the refundable Project Guarantee Deposit. If the payment amount decreases, it will be offset during the refund process.
- Changes in the price of rented or purchased goods
- Additional rentals or purchases made during the days of the festival
- Compensation for damage to facilities or equipment
- Depending on the status of registrations and individual circumstances, you may be required to make additional payments after the festival.
- Please note that any bank transfer fees for additional payments must be covered by each project.
- For projects that have requested in-person refunds, the refund date and place will be arranged later via Inquiry.
