Cooking Equipment Available for Rental

  • This section is an example of rental items needed for cooking.
  • If you will use electric appliances for cooking, you must rent a generator through the Committee.
    • If you did not request the use of electricity in "Request on Place and Time", you may not be allowed to use electric appliances.
    • If you urgently wish to use electricity, please contact us immediately via Inquiry.
  • In addition to the rental goods listed in this handout, there are other goods that must be rented for safety reasons. Please refer to "Caution on the Handling of Fire/Electric Appliances and Generators" in "Almighty vol. 2 in English" for more details.
  • Please check the contents of the rental goods carefully and prepare necessary cooking utensils and other goods by yourselves.

Takoyaki Flour (can be substituted with Okonomiyaki Flour), Octopus, Egg, Tempura Bits, Pickled Ginger, Sauce, Mayonnaise, Dried Green Seaweed, Vegetable Oil, Drinking Water

Cooking Procedures

  4. When the bottom side is lightly browned, flip it over with a pick.
  5. Turn it over and shape it into a ball.
  6. Finish with sauce, mayonnaise and dried green seaweed.

Notes

  • Please use octopi that are pre-boiled, and preserve them in a cooler.
    • If, by any chance, they are not boiled, the use of a refrigerator will be required.
  • Since the batter contains eggs and is prone to bacterial growth, only make enough for each order.
  • Picks should be cleaned frequently.
