2. Request for Vote and Questionnaires

Committee Member Confidence Vote

• In accordance with Article 3, item 6 of the Constitution of May Festival Standing Committee (五月祭常任委員会規約第3条6号), members of the 99th May Festival Standing Committee will be elected through a vote on the Web System.
• Voting is open to all projects with one vote per project, please ensure you cast your vote via the Web System “Projects Details Page” > “Registrations” > “Committee Member Confidence Vote” (委員信任投票) within this period.

第3条 本会は、次の各号に定める委員より、これを構成する。

六 第9条第五号の「企画代表者会議」において選出された東京大学学部学生2名。ただし選出方法については、本会が決定する。

第9条 本会は、第2条及び第8条に基づき、次の各号に定める諸事項を行う。

五 企画代表者会議の開催

Article 3 This committee is constituted by committee members specified in the next items.
(ⅵ) Two undergraduate students of University of Tokyo who elected at “The Information Session” set forth in Article 9, item 5. However, the Committee decides how to elect.
Article 9 Based on Article 2 and Article 8, this Committee carry out various matters specified in the next items.

Questionnaires for Projects

• We are conducting a survey regarding this year’s May Festival for project managers.
• The responses of the questionnaires will be used to improve our festival operation next year and onward. We will be glad to hear your opinions. 
• You can answer the questionnaires through the form we will send later via Inquiry.
• Only one response is permitted per project. You can change your response as many times as you like until the deadline.
